Looking to add some Caribbean zest to your table this holiday? Chef MIZ GOT YOU with an authentic Jamaican Oxtail recipe! This Zesty Session will happen LIVE Sunday, December 20th on Zoom.
Learn how to create authentic flavors, with simple steps with Chef MIZ! The class will begin 6PM EST/ 3PM PST. Oxtails is a popular dish around the world, but specifically within the Caribbean and within Caribbean communities in the US. This dish usually served as a stew or braised and served over rice with brown gravy. It typically takes an 1 hour to make if you’re using a pressure cooker. If you’re using a pot, it will take 2-3 hours. During this Zesty Session, Chef Miz will go over techniques and preparation for participants to follow, while going over some history components. There will be live Soca and Afro Beats by Dj Young Rev.
We will have a special Mixologist named Fofo, demonstrating how to make the Peanut Punch.
